Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups boiling water
- 1 cup bulgur
- 1 small red onion, minced
- 1/4 cup parsley, minced
- 1/4 cup mint, minced
- 3/4 cup jarred sour cherry, chopped, with 3 t juice reserved
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 pour boiling water over bulghur in bowl; set aside 15 minutes.
- 2 fluff bulghur with fork.
- 3 add all ingredients and toss.
