- 2 lbs ground chuck
- 1 (28 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 cups minute rice
- 2 large green peppers, chopped
Recipe
- 1 brown ground chuck, add peppers and cover with water. bring to boil and simmer until peppers become tender.
- 2 add rice and tomato sauce. simmer to blend flavors; add salt & pepper to taste.
- 3 this also great over potatoes, or pasta !
