- 50 g soft brown sugar
- 700 ml milk
- 1 pinch nutmeg

- 1 butter a 850ml baking dish. addingredients, sprinkle some nutmeg or spice of choice on top.
- 2 bake on centre shelf for 2 hours till soft and creamy at 305°f.
