Ingredients

- 4 ounces bacon (or more)
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes, careful
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- 1 lb spaghetti
- pepper, freshly ground
Recipe
- 1 cook bacon, garlic,chilies and oil on med/low heat for 15 minutes.
- 2 simultaneously boil pasta.
- 3 beat eggs with cheese.
- 4 timing is important.
- 5 drain pasta and quickly toss with garlic mixture and the egg/cheese mixture.
- 6 serve immediately with freshly ground pepper.
