Spaghetti And Cheese Pies

Ingredients

• Servings: 8
• 8 slices toast ed bread, crusts removed
• 2 tablespoons butter, for spreading
• 420 g spaghetti, prefrably wattie's
• 8 slices mainland tasty cheese

Recipe

• 1 spread one side of each bread slice with butter and place buttered side down in 8 muffin tins.
• 2 bake at 180ºc until the bread cases are crispy.
• 3 line each case with a mainland tasty cheese slice and fill with spaghetti (if your in new zealand, wattie's is the best).
• 4 return to the oven for 15 minutes until the spaghetti is hot and the cheese has melted
• 5 garnish if wished with chopped herbs or a little mainland grated cheese.
