Ingredients

- 175 g spaghetti, cooked
- 390 g spaghetti sauce
- 150 g ground lamb
- 1 medium potato, grated
- 2 stalks green onions, chopped
Recipe
- 1 combine lamb, potato and green onions for meatballs. season with 1-1/2 tsp soy sauce, 1/2 tsp iodized rock salt and 1/4 tsp pepper. mix thoroughly. form each tablespoon of mixture into balls. fry in oil until golden brown. set aside.
- 2 in a saucepan, simmer meatballs in spaghetti sauce for about 5 minutes. pour over cooked spaghetti. top with grated cheese if desired.
