Spaghetti Casserole

Ingredients
- 10 ounces whole wheat spaghetti
- 1 lb extra lean ground beef
- 8 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese
- 1 medium green bell pepper
- 1/2 medium onion
- 1/8 cup skim milk
- 26 ounces tomato sauce
- 1/8 cup olive oil
- 2 ounces french's french fried onions
Recipe
- 1 cook spaghetti until al dente.
- 2 brown ground beef and add sauce.
- 3 sautee bell pepper and onions, then add cream cheese and milk and stir.
- 4 combine all ingredients and top with onion rings. enjoy!
- 5 optional -- cook in oven to "set"; may add shredded cheese.
