Ingredients
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 1/4 cup salad oil
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb chopped tomato
- 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 large green pepper, chopped
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
Recipe
- 1 saute onion and garlic in hot oil. add meat and cook until browned.
