Stir-fried Rice With Lamb

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1/2 cup sliced green onion
- 1/2 cup diagonally sliced celery
- 2 cups diced lamb roast
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 3 cups cold cooked rice (rice needs to be cold in order to fry right)
- 1 cup sliced water chestnuts
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 pinch hot pepper flakes
- 2 -3 tablespoons soy sauce (to taste)
Recipe
- 1 saute onions, celery and lamb in oil until vegetables are tender crisp.
- 2 add rice and water chestnuts.
- 3 combine pepper, salt, egg and soy sauce. stir into rice mixture.
- 4 cook, stirring 2-3 minutes or until heated.
