Spaghetti W/ Steak Roll-ups

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 lb cooked spaghetti
- 1/2 lb steak
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- garlic powder or crushed garlic
- salt and pepper
- 4 large ripe tomatoes, chopped
- olive oil
- italian seasoning
- toothpick
Recipe
- 1 cut steak into thin slices.
- 2 pound strips flat with rolling pin or what have you.
- 3 sprinkle with cheese and garlic.
- 4 roll up until steak roll is about 3/4 in diameter.
- 5 cut off and skewer with a toothpick.
- 6 continue till all steak is rolled.
- 7 heat heavy bottomed fry pan with a thin coating of olive oil.
- 8 fry steak rolls until browned to your taste.
- 9 remove from pan and add cooked spagetti.
- 10 toss until warm through (add more olive oil if needed).
- 11 add chopped tomatoes and 1/2 cup parmesean cheese.
- 12 add steak rolls, reduce heat and cover until all is heated.
- 13 serve hot w/ green salad.
