Spaghetti W/ Steak Roll-ups

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 lb cooked spaghetti
  • 1/2 lb steak
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • garlic powder or crushed garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 large ripe tomatoes, chopped
  • olive oil
  • italian seasoning
  • toothpick

Recipe

  • 1 cut steak into thin slices.
  • 2 pound strips flat with rolling pin or what have you.
  • 3 sprinkle with cheese and garlic.
  • 4 roll up until steak roll is about 3/4 in diameter.
  • 5 cut off and skewer with a toothpick.
  • 6 continue till all steak is rolled.
  • 7 heat heavy bottomed fry pan with a thin coating of olive oil.
  • 8 fry steak rolls until browned to your taste.
  • 9 remove from pan and add cooked spagetti.
  • 10 toss until warm through (add more olive oil if needed).
  • 11 add chopped tomatoes and 1/2 cup parmesean cheese.
  • 12 add steak rolls, reduce heat and cover until all is heated.
  • 13 serve hot w/ green salad.
