Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounces wasabi powder
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 1/4 ounces sour cream
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup water (to thin if necessary)
Recipe
- 1 i like to mix the creams and vinegar together first then whisk in the wasabi powder a little at a time to eliminate clumps.
- 2 thin with water if needed.
- 3 store in glass jar sealed in refridgerator until ready to use.
