- 2 teaspoons pepper
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon cilantro
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Recipe
- 1 boil about 3 quarts of water.
- 2 cook the pasta for about 12 minutes or until al dente.
