Spicy Teriyaki Lamb

Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon fire oil
- 1 lb country-style lamb ribs (cut into 1 inch cubes)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger paste
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can green beans
Recipe
- 1 heat oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat.
- 2 brown the lamb in the skillet.
- 3 while the lamb is browning, combine soy sauce, orange juice, water, brown sugar, ginger, and garlic. mix thoroughly.
- 4 add sauce mixture to skillet and bring to a boil. cover and simmer until lamb is fully cooked.
- 5 remove lid and simmer until the sauce is mostly absorbed by the lamb.
- 6 while the lamb simmers, boil the green beans.
- 7 add green beans to the skillet, toss with the lamb and sauce, and serve over rice.
