Stir-fried Spicy Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 teaspoons ginger
  • 1/2 bunch spring onion
  • 450 g mushrooms
  • 1 teaspoon chili
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon stock
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons oil

Recipe

  • 1 heat a wok or large frying pan over a high heat and add the oil. when smoking, add the garlic, ginger, and spring onions and stir-fry for about 20 seconds, then add the mushrooms. after 30 seconds, add the remaining ingredients, except for the sesame oil, and season. stir-fry for 5 more minutes until the mushrooms are cooked, then stir in the oil.
