Ingredients

- 5 cups milk
- 1 cup rice
- 1 cup sugar
- raisins (optional)
- nutmeg (optional) or cinnamon (optional)
Recipe
- 1 bring 4 cups of water to a boil. add 1 cup of rice. boil 20-25 minute boil down if you can. it's better to add a little water then have too much.
- 2 add the sugar with the milk. pour on the milk and boil till it starts to thicken. take off heat this will thicken more as it cools.
- 3 add raisins with the milk if wanted.
- 4 i bag of milk is 5 cups of milk.
