Slow Cooker Tropical Hawaiian Chicken

Total Time: 3 hrs 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 3 hrs 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 lbs chicken breasts, frozen (4 oz. per person) or 2 lbs thawed chicken breasts (4 oz. per person)
  • 2 (15 1/4 ounce) cans tropical fruit in juice
  • 1 (12 ounce) bottle hawaiian marinade
  • 2 cups rice or 1 lb pasta

Recipe

  • 1 place chicken in bottom of crockpot.
  • 2 add tropical fruit and juice of at least 1 can (more won't hurt it), and hawaiian marinade.
  • 3 set crock-pot for 3-4 hours on high, or 6-7 hours on low.
  • 4 cook rice or pasta while chicken finishes cooking. at least 25 minutes for the rice and 15 for the pasta.
  • 5 serve with chicken, some fruit, and sauce on top of the rice/pasta.
  • 6 enjoy!
