Spinach With Wine And Sesame

Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons peanut oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 lb fresh spinach, washed and trimmed
- 2 tablespoons chinese rice wine or 2 tablespoons dry sherry
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
Recipe
- 1 heat a wok or large frying pan and add the oil and salt. stir for a moment.
- 2 shake the excess water off the cleaned spinach and toss into the pan.
- 3 stir fry over high heat, very quickly, until the spinach wilts and is hot.
- 4 add the rice wine and sesame oil. garnish with sesame seeds and serve.
