Spaghetti And Meatballs

Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb sweet italian sausage
- 1 cup 2% low-fat milk
- 1 cup italian seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1 1/2 tablespoons dehydrated onion
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 (15 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 1 tablespoon basil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 8 ounces spaghetti
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- 2 for meatballs, combine the first six ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
- 3 roll the meat mixture into 1 1/2 to 2 oz balls and place on a cookie sheet.
- 4 place meatballs in oven and bake for 20 - 30 minutes turning once.
- 5 in a sauce pan, stir oregano, basil and garlic into the sauce.
- 6 heat the sauce and simmer for at least 20 minutes.
