Spaghetti Chili

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 1/2-2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 lb uncooked spaghetti
  • 1 (46 ounce) can tomato juice
  • 2 (16 ounce) cans of traditional refried beans
  • 2 (1 1/4 ounce) packets chili seasoning mix (i like it spicer so i use 2 pkgs so depends on your tastebuds)

Recipe

  • 1 brown and drain burger.
  • 2 add seasoning to burger according to seasoning pkg directions.
  • 3 cook and drain spaghetti according to spaghetti package directions.
  • 4 return spaghetti to pot and add the tomato juice all of it.
  • 5 add the burger and both cans of refried beans.
  • 6 boil the mixture until it is very well mixed and is thickened.
  • 7 remove from stovetop and enjoy.
  • 8 this freezes well and reheats in the microwave easily for you on the go moms.
  • 9 it also refrigerates well.
  • 10 i like it best the day after. yummy.
