Spaghetti Carbonara

Ingredients

• Servings: 4
• 1 lb angel hair pasta
• 1 onion
• 4 -6 eggs
• 1 (12 ounce) can spam
• butter
• parmesan cheese
• 1 head garlic

Recipe

• 1 sauté onion till nice and caramelized.
• 2 slice spam into thin cubes and fry crispy (ok, you can use other meats!).
• 3 crush garlic into bowl, break eggs over the garlic and scramble.
• 4 cook pasta al dente and drain. put the pasta back into the pan and pour egg mixture on top. toss till the eggs are cooked. pile on the plate, add a nice chunk of butter and some parmesan. enjoy!
