- 1/2 lb lamb, cubed
- 1/2 lb lamb, cubed
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon ouzo or 1 teaspoon pernod
- 1/2 large lemon, juice only
- chopped tomato
- sliced onion
- salt and pepper
- pita bread
Recipe
- 1 mix the meat with the garlic, ouzo and lemon juice and then mold the meat on to metal skewers and grill or broil.
- 2 serve on pita bread, garnished with the tomatoes, onions, and oregano.
