Mango Salsa

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 mangoes - peeled, seeded, and chopped
  • 1 (8 ounce) can pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves
  • 2 tablespoons peeled and finely chopped fresh ginger
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, or to taste

  • combine mango, pineapple, cilantro, ginger, red onion, vinegar, and red pepper flakes in a bowl, and stir lightly to mix well.
