Ingredients
- 3 egg whites
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 2 cups crisp rice cereal
- 2 1/4 cups shredded coconut
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 275°f.
- 2 beat the egg whites until stiff.
- 3 beat in gradually,the salt& sugar.
- 4 slowly,fold in the rice crisps& coconut& extract.
- 5 combine well.
- 6 drop mixture from tip of your spoon upon ungreased,heavy paper.
- 7 bake for 18-20 minutes.
