Ingredients

- 1 (9 ounce) package cut pastas linguine
- 7 ounces refrigerated basil pesto
- 5 cups shredded fresh spinach leaves
- 1 cup chopped fresh tomato
- 1 cup halved thinly sliced red onion
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 cook linguine according to package directions.
- 2 rinse and drain.
- 3 combine pasta, spinach, tomato, onion and pine nuts in large bowl.
- 4 combine pesto, lemon juice and salt in small bowl.
- 5 add to pasta mixture; toss well.
- 6 serve immediately or refrigerate.
