Sauteed Mushroom And Cheese Ravioli

Total Time: 37 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 22 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (25 ounce) package frozen cheese ravioli
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 (8 ounce) package sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped sweet onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt (to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper (to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

Recipe

  • 1 cook ravioli according to package directions in a dutch oven; drain and keep warm.
  • 2 wipe dutch oven clean.
  • 3 melt 2 tablespoons butter with oil in dutch oven over med-high heat; add mushrooms and next 3 ingredients; saute 8-10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  • 4 decrease heat to low, and stir in ravioli and remaining butter, stirring until butter is melted.
  • 5 add parsley, and toss gently to combine.
  • 6 sprinkle with cheese, and serve immediately.
