Sauteed Mushroom And Cheese Ravioli

Ingredients

- 1 (25 ounce) package frozen cheese ravioli 
 
- 3 tablespoons butter 
 
- 1 tablespoon olive oil 
 
- 1 (8 ounce) package sliced fresh mushrooms 
 
- 1/4 cup finely chopped sweet onion 
 
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt (to taste) 
 
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper (to taste) 
 
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley 
 
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese 
 
Recipe
- 1 cook ravioli according to package directions in a dutch oven; drain and keep warm. 
 
- 2 wipe dutch oven clean. 
 
- 3 melt 2 tablespoons butter with oil in dutch oven over med-high heat; add mushrooms and next 3 ingredients; saute 8-10 minutes or until vegetables are tender. 
 
- 4 decrease heat to low, and stir in ravioli and remaining butter, stirring until butter is melted. 
 
- 5 add parsley, and toss gently to combine.
