- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup long grain rice
- 1/2 cup sliced raw carrot
- 1/2 cup broccoli, tips
- salt & pepper
Recipe
- 1 add rice to broth (or water) and bring to a boil.
- 2 when boiling, add vegetables & seasoning, return to boil; reduce heat.
- 3 simmer for approx 20 min (until water is absorbed, rice is tender).
