Rice Custard

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1/3 cup sugar substitute
  • 1 cup brown rice (cooked)
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Recipe

  • 1 1. beat eggs, milk and splenda.
  • 2 2. fold in rice and raisins.
  • 3 3. pour into 1 1/2 qt casserole baking dish.
  • 4 4. sprinkle with cinnamon.
  • 5 5. put in hot water bath.
  • 6 6. bake at 325 degrees for 45-55 minutes until inserted knife comes out clean.
