- 3 eggs
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1/3 cup sugar substitute
- 1 cup brown rice (cooked)
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Recipe
- 1 1. beat eggs, milk and splenda.
- 2 2. fold in rice and raisins.
- 3 3. pour into 1 1/2 qt casserole baking dish.
- 4 4. sprinkle with cinnamon.
- 5 5. put in hot water bath.
- 6 6. bake at 325 degrees for 45-55 minutes until inserted knife comes out clean.
