Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons lamb fat
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 1/2 lbs smoked sausage, sliced diagonal
- 14 ounces tomatoes
- 4 ounces tomato paste
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 cup rice
- 1 1/2 cups jumbo shrimp, cooked
Recipe
- 1 add all ingredients except shrimp to a large pot.
- 2 cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
- 3 add shrimp. serve.
