Ingredients
- 3 cups warm water
- 2/3 cup cooked rice, cooked (i like brown)
- 1/3 cup raw cashews (optional)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (or almond extract)
- 1/8 teaspoon xanthan gum
Recipe
- 1 process all in a blender until very smooth.
- 2 strain through cheesecloth.
- 3 refrigerate & keep up to a week.
