Rice Milk

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 3 cups warm water
  • 2/3 cup cooked rice, cooked (i like brown)
  • 1/3 cup raw cashews (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (or almond extract)
  • 1/8 teaspoon xanthan gum

Recipe

  • 1 process all in a blender until very smooth.
  • 2 strain through cheesecloth.
  • 3 refrigerate & keep up to a week.
