Spinach And Feta Pasta Salad

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 8 ounces mostaccioli pasta or 8 ounces penne pasta, cooked
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 4 cups fresh spinach, washed, stems removed, cooked
  • 1/2 cup green onion, chopped
  • 8 ounces feta cheese

Recipe

  • 1 instructions: mix all ingredients. cover and refrigerate until chilled.
  • 2 variations: also good with garlic & herb or basil & tomato feta.
