Ingredients

- 2 cups basmati rice
- 4 teaspoons chopped almonds
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon coconut extract
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
Recipe
- 1 soak rice for 15 minutes.
- 2 allow the milk and coconut extract to boil.
- 3 add the soaked rice and cook.
- 4 after it is cooked, add sugar, cardamom powder and almonds and let it boil for 5 minutes.
- 5 add the evaporated milk and let it boil.
