Spinach And Cheese Linguini

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 8 ounces linguine
  • 1/2 cup 2% milk
  • 1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded fresh spinach
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Recipe

  • 1 melt butter.
  • 2 add 1/2 garlic, italian seasoning and flour.
  • 3 stir in milk.
  • 4 cook over low heat until thickened.
  • 5 boil linguini, drain.
  • 6 toss pasta with sauce, spinach, cheese and remaining garlic.
