Ingredients

- 8 ounces linguine
- 1/2 cup 2% milk
- 1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded fresh spinach
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon flour
- 2 tablespoons butter
Recipe
- 1 melt butter.
- 2 add 1/2 garlic, italian seasoning and flour.
- 3 stir in milk.
- 4 cook over low heat until thickened.
- 5 boil linguini, drain.
- 6 toss pasta with sauce, spinach, cheese and remaining garlic.
