Sausage, Vegetable & Tortellini Soup

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 lb italian sausage
- 1 lb cheese tortellini
- 2 cups water
- 3 cups baby spinach
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 14 1/2 ounces diced tomatoes
- 14 ounces chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons italian seasoning
- 1 cup carrot, sliced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Recipe
- 1 crumble and brown sausage in a large pot over medium heat. drain fat.
- 2 except for the tortellini, add the rest of the ingredients to the pot. bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
- 3 add tortellini to the pot and boil for 3 minutes. decrease the heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
