Romano Bow-tie Skillet

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 cups farfalle pasta, cooked and drained (bow-tie pasta)
  • 1 (14 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup romano cheese, grated and divided

Recipe

  • 1 combine pasta, spaghetti sauce, ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup of mozzarella and 2 t romano cheese in a large skillet or large saucepan.
  • 2 cook on medium heat 10 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  • 3 remove from heat.
  • 4 sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese and remaining 2 t romano cheese; cover.
  • 5 let stand 5 minutes or until mozzarella cheese is melted.
  • 6 makes 4 servings, about 1 1/4 cups each.
