Romano Bow-tie Skillet

Ingredients

- 3 cups farfalle pasta, cooked and drained (bow-tie pasta)
- 1 (14 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup romano cheese, grated and divided
Recipe
- 1 combine pasta, spaghetti sauce, ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup of mozzarella and 2 t romano cheese in a large skillet or large saucepan.
- 2 cook on medium heat 10 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- 3 remove from heat.
- 4 sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese and remaining 2 t romano cheese; cover.
- 5 let stand 5 minutes or until mozzarella cheese is melted.
- 6 makes 4 servings, about 1 1/4 cups each.
