- 2 1/2 ounces starkist sweet and spicy tuna (1/2 of a 5 oz. pouch)
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup spinach or 1 cup broccoli
- 1 pinch slivered almonds
Recipe
- 1 cook rice and veggies.
- 2 top rice with layer of spinach or broccoli. top that with tuna directly from the pouch. add some almond slivers. voila.
