Steak, Zucchini And Rice Casserole

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 cup beef sirloin steak, cooked and chopped
  • 1 medium zucchini, sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 (10 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 ounces colby-monterey jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon salt-free garlic and herb seasoning

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350° mix all ingredients together and put in a casserole dish sprayed with non stick spray oil. bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until zucchini is tender.
