Ingredients

- 1 cup basmati rice
- 2 cups orange juice
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 3/4 cup shredded carrot
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons sliced green onions
Recipe
- 1 cook the rice according to the package directions using orange juice in place of the water.
- 2 remove from heat and stir in the orange zest, carrot and green onion.
- 3 serve.
