Spaghetti With Anchovy Sauce

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon finely minced garlic
  • 2 ounces anchovy fillets, drained and chopped
  • 1 lb spaghetti
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • fresh ground black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 heat oil and butter in a skillet over low heat.
  • 2 add garlic and saute.
  • 3 add anchovies; saute, stirring over low heat, until anchovies dissolve into a paste.
  • 4 cook spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water.
  • 5 drain.,.
  • 6 toss with sauce.
  • 7 serve sprinkled with black pepper.
