Spaghetti With Anchovy Sauce

Ingredients

- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon finely minced garlic
- 2 ounces anchovy fillets, drained and chopped
- 1 lb spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- fresh ground black pepper
Recipe
- 1 heat oil and butter in a skillet over low heat.
- 2 add garlic and saute.
- 3 add anchovies; saute, stirring over low heat, until anchovies dissolve into a paste.
- 4 cook spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water.
- 5 drain.,.
- 6 toss with sauce.
- 7 serve sprinkled with black pepper.
