Sour Cherry Tabbouleh

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 1/2 cups boiling water
  • 1 cup bulgur
  • 1 small red onion, minced
  • 1/4 cup parsley, minced
  • 1/4 cup mint, minced
  • 3/4 cup jarred sour cherry, chopped, with 3 t juice reserved
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 pour boiling water over bulghur in bowl; set aside 15 minutes.
  • 2 fluff bulghur with fork.
  • 3 add all ingredients and toss.
