Spaghetti With Bacon, Onion And Ketchup

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb thick spaghetti
  • 16 ounces bacon
  • 1 large onion
  • 16 ounces ketchup (or more to taste)

Recipe

  • 1 start by chopping the bacon into 1/2" pieces.
  • 2 fry in frying pan following package directions.
  • 3 remove bacon from pan leaving bacon grease in frying pan.
  • 4 chop onion and fry in bacon grease until browned, saving bacon grease.
  • 5 start cooking spaghetti according to package directions.
  • 6 drain spaghetti and place in serving bowl.
  • 7 add bacon and onion to spaghetti.
  • 8 add about 1/2 cup bacon grease to spaghetti.
  • 9 add ketchup and stir well.
