Spaghetti With Brown Butter

Ingredients
- Servings: 2
- 6 cups water
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter
- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
Recipe
- 1 bring 6 cups of water to a boil.
- 2 add the salt, and stir.
- 3 once the water is boiling, add the dry spaghetti noodles to the water.
- 4 check the spaghetti once it has been cooking for about 10 minutes to see if it is al dente. that is firm in the center, but still chewy.
- 5 once it is al dente, drain the water.
- 6 while the spaghetti is cooking, heat the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- 7 stir the butter so that it will not burn.
- 8 remove from heat when butter turns light brown and gives off a nutty aroma.
