Spaghetti With Caviar And Cream

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/2 lb spaghetti
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 6 shallots, finely chopped
  • 2 cups cream
  • 1/4 cup vodka
  • 1/4 cup snipped fresh chives
  • 2 ounces sevruga black caviar or 2 ounces golden whitefish black caviar

Recipe

  • 1 cook spaghetti until al dente; drain.
  • 2 toss with 2 tblsps butter.
  • 3 melt remaining 4 tblsps butter in large skillet over medium heat.
  • 4 add shallots and stir 3 minutes.
  • 5 add cream and vodka and bring to boil.
  • 6 boil until thickened to sauce consistency, stirring occasionally, about 8 minutes.
  • 7 add spaghetti and toss until heated through.
  • 8 season.
  • 9 divide among plates; sprinkle with chives and top with caviar.
  • 10 serve immediately.
