Sour Cream Cornbread

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup yellow cornmeal
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Recipe
- 1 in a bowl mix the flour, cornmeal, sugar,baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- 2 stir in the sour cream, milk, egg, and butter. pour into a greased, 8-inch square pan.
- 3 bake at 425 degrees f for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.
- 4 cut into squares and serve warm.
