Ingredients

- 2 cups rice (long cooking)
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 quarts milk
- 1 quart water
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
Recipe
- 1 mix and cook rice, sugar, milk & water slowly until almost dry! remove from heat, add ice cream, eggs & vanilla. cool and serve.
