- 1/2 small red bell pepper (diced)
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons parsley flakes
- 1/4 cup milk
Recipe
- 1 sauté red bell pepper in olive oil.
- 2 prepare golden rice by thoroughly mixing remaining the ingredients, cover, and place in the microwave oven for 2 minutes.
- 3 remove rice and stir in sautéed red bell pepper.
