Super Simple Bacon Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb thin spaghetti
  • 2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans whole tomatoes
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon bacon drippings

Recipe

  • 1 fry bacon until crisp, drain on paper towel and crumble.
  • 2 in a food processor or blender pulse tomatoes until desired consistency.
  • 3 return the bacon to the skillet and add tomatoes and the reserved drippings and simmer 5 - 10 minutes.
  • 4 stir the sauce into the hot cooked spaghetti.
