Scallion Fried Rice

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1/4 cup scallion
  • 1 egg
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon oil

Recipe

  • 1 heat up oil and fry the scallions.
  • 2 add the beaten egg and fry,breaking up the egg.
  • 3 add the rice and fry for another minute.
  • 4 season and serve.
