- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/4 cup scallion
- 1 egg
- salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon oil
Recipe
- 1 heat up oil and fry the scallions.
- 2 add the beaten egg and fry,breaking up the egg.
- 3 add the rice and fry for another minute.
- 4 season and serve.
