Scotch Shortbread

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces all-purpose flour
  • 4 ounces rice flour
  • 8 ounces butter
  • 4 ounces sugar

Recipe

  • 1 work butter and sugar to a cream. add both rice and all purpose flour.work until soft.spread wax paper on a cookie sheet. spread dough on waxed paper. bake at 325 until golden. cut in squares.
