Spinach Gratin

Ingredients

- 2 lbs spinach, cooked and drained
- 1 cup cooked brown rice
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 3 tablespoons catsup
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
- 3 tablespoons wheat germ
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- nonstick cooking spray
- 2 (6 ounce) cans tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons wine
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
Recipe
- 1 combine spinach through horseradish.
- 2 put in a casserole coated with cooking spray.
- 3 combine wheat germ and butter and sprinkle over top.
- 4 bake at 325° for 20 minute.
- 5 mix tomato paste through oregano, warm in a saucepan and serve with spinach.
